File upload and sharing

Upload any file up to 500MB directly from your browser. ShareBin generates a unique link that you can copy and share with anyone. No account, no login, no software required.

QR code sharing

After uploading a file, ShareBin can generate a QR code for the file link. Scan the QR code with any phone or tablet camera to open the file directly — no typing required.

Temporary uploads

Choose how long your file should be available. Temporary uploads are automatically deleted after the selected duration.

Accessing the link of an expired file returns a clear expiration notice rather than a broken page.

Non-expiring uploads

If you need to keep a file available indefinitely, choose Never expire when uploading. The file stays available until it is manually removed or a maintenance operation deletes it. There is no automatic deletion for non-expiring files.

• Select Never expire in the expiry selector before uploading
• The file will remain accessible at the same link indefinitely
• All previously uploaded files are treated as non-expiring

Live notepad

The ShareBin live notepad lets multiple people edit the same text document simultaneously, in real time. No account is needed. Create a notepad, share the link, and collaborate instantly.
