ShareBin.eu is a public file sharing and collaboration utility. You may use it to share files and collaborate on text documents, subject to the restrictions below.
Prohibited content
You must not upload or share any content that:
- Is illegal under the laws of the Czech Republic or the European Union
- Contains malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious software
- Is designed to facilitate phishing, credential theft, or social engineering attacks
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights without permission
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
- Is designed to harass, threaten, or cause harm to specific individuals
- Contains spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or commercial advertising designed to deceive
- Is designed to facilitate DDoS attacks, scanning, or other attacks against third-party systems
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice if we believe it violates these terms.
Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, slow down, or crash the ShareBin.eu service
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
- Use automated tools to upload large numbers of files in a way that impacts service availability
- Attempt to access other users' files without authorisation
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
Service availability
ShareBin.eu is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime, data retention, or service continuity. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Uploaded files may be lost in the event of technical failure.
Do not use ShareBin.eu as your only or primary storage for important data.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious content uploaded by other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareBin.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any content shared through it.
